Triumph Sheets is accepting resumes for the role of Office Generalist. The role provides support to multiple office functions including Accounting, Customer Service, Scheduling and Reception (Front Desk). Designated tasks include accounts payable, filing, assisting with the monthly and yearly closing process, and during financial audits. Customer Service support with order entry, processing credit requests and with closing duties, production scheduling and coverage for vacations.
The Office Generalist is a full time salaried non-exempt position. Regular schedule is Monday through Friday 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
Essential Job Functions:
Accounts Payable Support
Ensure invoices are reviewed and approved by an authorized manager.
Code and post invoices to General Ledger accounts.
Submit invoices weekly to the Controller for timely payment taking all available discounts.
Generate weekly A/P aging summary and submit for review.
Maintain all vendor files.
Customer Service Support
Data and order entry and credit processing.
Assist with nightly closing procedures.
Maintain accurate document fillings.
Assist with new account set up processes.
Support production Scheduling for the Corrugator as needed.
Administrative Support
Serve as backup for all office staff for breaks and vacation time as needed.
Participate in month-end and year-end closings.
Any other administrative tasks and duties that may be assigned.
Ideal candidate must have:
Proven office experience, preferably, in a manufacturing setting.
Data entry skills with speed and accuracy; 10-key by touch.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite ( Excel, Word, Outlook).
Detail oriented demonstrating a high degree accuracy and be well organized.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
