What are the responsibilities and job description for the Snoball Attendant position at Careers?
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Other duties may be assigned:

Operating food preparation equipment, including (but not limited to) Snoball machine, cash register, and other machinery as necessary.

Providing friendly and personalized service to both internal and external customers at all Snoball locations.

Follows all cash handling and food preparation guidelines.

Maintains overall cleanliness and safety in all Snoball areas.

Ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.

Other duties/responsibilities as assigned.

Must follow all objectives, policies, and procedures of the department as set forth by the management
Qualifications and education requirements:
- Highly energetic and have a passion for serving customers with a friendly disposition. Must work well in a team setting, in close proximity to others
- Friendly, outgoing personality who would be comfortable inviting guests to your station
- Must be able to work independently, without close supervision
- Employee must possess basic mathematical skills, such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
Machinery/Tools/Equipment Requirements: The ability to learn to operate a cash register and kitchen related equipment.
Physical Requirements:
• The ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Will involve standing most of the time but may involve walking or sitting for brief periods of time.
• Sitting or standing, bending, stooping, and the ability to carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Constant adequate range of motion and mobility required.
• Regular near acuity with clarity of vision at 20 inches or less required.
• Typical ability to collect and analyze numerical and written data and verbal information to reach logical conclusions and ability to determine the time, place and sequence of operations or actions required.
• Regular talking and the ability to express and exchange ideas by means of language expected.
• Regular hearing and the ability to perceive the nature of sounds.
• Constant ability to read, record, or type data quickly and accurately required.
Environmental/Working Conditions:
• Working long hours between breaks or meals required.
• Must be flexible and available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work under and handle stress in an appropriate manner required.
• May be exposed to high, medium, or low noise intensity.
• Constant contact with co-workers and guests required.
• Exposure to fluctuations in temperatures will be required.
• Exposure to outdoor conditions will be required.
