Financial Analyst opportunity in Doral, FL Hybrid/remote schedule available

This position is a Monday-Friday with a built in hybrid remote schedule. Applicants must reside in the South Florida area.
Responsibilities:
The Finance Analyst will primarily be responsible for Global Sales analytics such as Contribution Margin (promotions, enrollment, commissions), forecasting, variance reports, and budgeting. The position will provide recommendations to senior management in support of increasing monthly sales at a profitable level.
- Perform daily analysis utilizing BI (Tableau), SAP (ERP system) and Planning Maestro primarily around operating expenses, promotions, and sales projections.
- Review and investigate the company’s accounting transactions to improve data accuracy and variance reports.
- Compare actual results with forecasted to analyze and identify areas of strengths and weaknesses
- Forecast monthly/annual sales and commissions and provide analytical review, feedback, and recommendation to senior management
- Support with processes and procedures for the promotional sales.
- Develop financial models and presentations to showcase results to the Executive team.
- Collaborate with the senior management team or the CFO on achieving company’s long-term financial planning objective
- Ad hoc assignments
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information, investment decisions, or any other tasks assigned by the organization.
Requirements:
- 5 years experience as a financial/ business analyst
- Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, business or economics
- Must be Bilingual English and Spanish
- Ideal candidates come with experience working for a multi brand company, distributor or manufacturer
- Must be eligible to work in the US, no sponsorship
