We are looking for a proactive and organized Receptionist to manage daily front desk operations. The role involves answering and directing calls, managing office supplies, and providing general support to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and callers with professionalism.
- Efficiently answer, transfer, and take detailed messages.
- Handle clerical duties like filing, data entry, and organizing documents.
- Manage office supply inventory and place orders as needed.
- Coordinate office meetings and events, including preparing materials.
- Provide general administrative support to the team as necessary.
Qualifications:
