Careington International Corporation is looking to add a Compliance Review Specialist to our current Compliance team. This position will require you to work onsite three days per week at our Frisco, TX, corporate headquarters, and two days from home.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Complete thorough reviews of company and client-created sales, marketing, and post-sale materials to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
- Audit existing materials to align them with current regulatory and compliance standards
- Prepare, file, and manage documents necessary for approval by state agencies
- Research and communicate licensing and regulation changes and updates, incorporating them into marketing reviews
- Perform other assigned duties as needed

- Keen proofreading skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Ability to articulate ideas clearly and succinctly, both in spoken and written form
- Interact and collaborate effectively with the team as well as various internal departments and external clients
- Capability to research, reach logical conclusions and accurately apply what is learned
- Strong work ethic and ability to adapt to new directions as business plans evolve
- Eagerness to add value to department projects and the company overall
Education, Experience and Software:
- College degree (Associates or Bachelor's) is preferred
- Licensing, regulation, compliance, or insurance background a plus
- Proficiency in MS Applications (Adobe, Excel, Word, Outlook) is a must
- 1 year of administrative office experience
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
