Job Summary and Qualifications
Seeking a Occupational Sales Representative like you who provides expertise and to be a champion of sales. We are an amazing team that works hard to support each other and are seeking a phenomenal addition like you who excels in sales.
What you will do in this role:
- You will market our territories by mailing brochures, making phone calls, scheduling meetings, and cold calling all companies with 25 or more employees.
- You will market to smaller companies if they are a staffing company, construction office, or similar, that may not have a high number of employees, but still perform a high volume of hiring or placing of workers. In addition, if the territory is small and has a large amount of companies that have 10-24 employees, then we will market to these companies to help grow volume and revenue at the clinic.
- You will be responsible for increasing and updating this database as they obtain market information.
- You will be responsible for documenting new accounts for reporting purposes on the weekly sales report
- You will be responsible for planning, leading weekly phone conferences with the AVP of Sales to review the prior week’s activities, address any issues or concerns, discuss upcoming opportunities and provide general market and performance review.
- Promote positive relationships with corporate clients. Maintain and update client account information as needed on an ongoing basis. Provide customer service to the client and act as a liaison to resolve any complaints or issues in the clinics or with services the client is receiving.
- Promote positive relationships with HCA enterprise partners on a corporate, division, hospital and site-specific level. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote CareNow and HCA.
- Attend health, safety and wellness fairs as requested by clients and potential clients.
- Assist with other special projects, tasks and events as needed
What Qualifications you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Sales experience required
- Medical experience preferred
- Must possess excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
- Appointment setting and closing skills are necessary
- Must be personable and professional
- Strong computer skills needed
- Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office programs. Salesforce.com experience a plus
- Must hold a valid U.S. Driver’s license and comply with all motor vehicle laws and regulations for the state of employment
- Dependable vehicle required for extensive driving
Other Information:
- Position is based out of local market
- Normal hours are Monday – Friday: 8am – 5pm (occasional after hours or weekend events may be required)
- Day will typically start and end at a designated work site
- Rep will cover assigned territory
- Full benefits package available
- Monthly mileage and expense reimbursement, laptop, and cell phone or cell phone allotment provided
