RN Care Director: Part Time/Home Care
Job Posting for RN Care Director: Part Time/Home Care at Carepoint Home Care Agency
Carepoint, Inc., a premier Home Care agency is looking for a part time RN to do initial client assessments, develop care plans, and follow up quarterly home visits. Must be flexible in scheduling. Home care experience and geriatric care a plus. Must be a self-starter with a warm, friendly personality to establish relationships with new clients and to continue excellent relationships with existing clients.
Monday-Friday 4-5 hours a day.
Ideal candidates have the following:
- Active, unrestricted NC RN license
- Current CPR certification and a current, negative 2 step TB test or chest X-ray
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and a drug screening
- Valid, unrestricted NC driver's license and vehicle with proof of auto insurance and registration
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to independently manage time and organize daily schedule
