Full-time opportunity for a Certified Dietary Manager with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in an institutional/healthcare setting. The successful CDM will consistently achieve a high level of resident and staff meal satisfaction, maintain healthcare regulatory compliance pertaining to food service, and follow budgetary guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain task-focused.
- Coach, assist, train, and schedule staff for monthly basis.
- Command knowledge of state and federal nursing facility regulations pertaining to food service.
- Computer skills to complete on-line ordering, staff scheduling, and resident information.
- Independently capable of performing the essential functions of the job, including all line-staff duties as needed.
Education/Certification:
- High school diploma
- Active Certified Dietary Manager card or proof of enrollment in a CDM program.
