Job Description
Position: Alternatives Client Platform Analyst
Duration: 12 Months Extendable
Location: Atlanta GA (Hybrid)
Responsibilities:
client reporting:
Production of formal quarterly reporting package by capturing portfolio-level and market updates from portfolio managers, asset managers and fund administration teams across a variety of BAI businesses
Production of quarterly investor templates review and distribution
Assist with redesign of reports produced across BAI
Fundraising support:
Complete industry surveys and consultant questionnaires
Update Due Diligence Questionnaires and Requests for Information with platform level data including headcount, AUM, investor commitments and capital activity
Maintain and update product pitch books and other standard marketing collateral with platform level data
Submit materials through central compliance system, and address follow-ups
Quarterly update of performance and track record information as the need arises
Operations:
Support and investigate technology and process options to scale and automate routine client service activities
Platform data:
Develop and roll out a data collection tool for central storage of reporting data
Analysis and preparation of platform level data, including AUM, headcount, investor commitments, and capital activity for fundraising initiatives and internal requests where required, across BAI businesses
Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate optimally at all levels
Meticulous attention to detail
High proficiency in Excel, with ability to manipulate data in a spreadsheet
Proficiency in Word and PowerPoint, with ability to build marketing slides
Analytical ability to synthesize information and summarize issues
Desire to learn Investment Management industry
