Job Title: Inventory Coordinator

Job Description:
This position is responsible for all inventory shipping and material receiving at Pompano Beach site.
Coordinates inventory storage within the Pompano Beach Warehouse by controlling inventory thru inventory counts and analysis.
Creates and reports Process orders for Finished Goods Manufacturing. Responsible for raw material staging and processing as well
as the creation and processing of Finish Goods shipments. According to detailed approved procedures and execution of scheduled tasks within a cGMP environment. Ensure materials are available to meet production schedule. This position is responsible for quality and maintaining the highest standards in compliance within company policies, procedures and all applicable regulations.
Accountable for adhering to all EHS guidelines.
Essential Functions:
Takes full responsibility for all shipping and receiving processes at Pompano Beach site in conformance to approved procedures.
Creates and closes Process orders for Manufacturing.
Pull/Return all raw materials required for gel card manufacturing and completes all Process order transactions in the ERP system.
Creates Purchase Orders and Inbound Deliveries to manage the transfer of Finished Goods to the Distribution Center.
Maintains Finished Goods Inventory, identifies and/or disposes of expired or damaged inventory.
Ensures accurate and up to date inventories of all raw materials and inputs the data into ERP system or Excel spreadsheets. Processes MT Forms by pulling materials for various customer requests and completing transactions in ERP system.
Provides daily work instructions to Material Handler.
May perform other duties as assigned.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manages Bill of Material revisions (maintaining correct item keys Perform other duties as assigned.
Maintains stock of Shipping Materials. Requisitions and purchases materials as needed and/or contacts suppliers for release.
Administers cycle counting and/or physical Inventory
Performs EH&S inspections of the warehouse and its equipment.
Ships dangerous goods.
Manages change orders for process Improvements
An advocate for a safe work environment and responsible for personal safety and the safety within the Materials Management
Team/Warehouse and offer suggestions and follow up on process improvements related to safety, compliance, cost, yield and productivity.
Practice good interpersonal and communication skills.
Promote and work within a team Environment
Carry out duties in compliance with all state and federal regulations and guidelines including FDA, TUV, EPA and OSHA.
Adhere to the safety code of Conduct & EHS policies and attend all required EHS training.
Good working knowledge and understanding of systems as required.
Utilizes tools within MS Office, Excell and other systems to improve business effectiveness.
Accurate Data Entry skills in SAP ERP system
Skills Required:
MD&D/Pharmaceutical experience or equivalent industry experience.
High School diploma required.
Ability to read, write and speak English.
Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions and logbooks.
Review and provide feedback for SOP and Batch Record Revisions.
Good communication and written skills.
Physical Demands:
Is frequently required to communicate with coworkers.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand;
walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; climb, bend and stoop; and reach with hands and arms for extended periods of time.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Work with blood, blood products and chemicals

Shift work may be required, as Necessary
Periodic exposure to 2-8 C temperature controlled Coldbox during product transfer
This position is Monday-Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30pm.
