Marketing Assistant

Job Overview: We are seeking a Friendly, outgoing, and results-oriented Home Care Marketing Assistant to make connections in the community that result in referrals to Caretech. The ideal candidate will have a good working knowledge of in-home personal care, have experience in caregiving or have a background in marketing. This individual will be responsible for executing strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness, attract new clients, and enhance the overall growth of our home care services.

Responsibilities:

• Marketing:
• Deliver brochures, flyers or other marketing materials to all businesses in the designated area that could make home care referrals to Caretech.
• Deliver brochures, flyers or other marketing materials to any business or organization that would help support Caretech’s efforts to hire caregivers in the designated area.
• Work with the Director of Sales and Marketing to develop community specific marketing plan or ideas to generate both client and caregiver referrals.
• Community Outreach and Partnerships:
• Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and potential referral sources.
• Be available to host a table at a local healthcare related event to promote Caretech’s services and employment opportunities.
• Help to elevate the brand image of our home care business in the community.

Qualifications:

• A people person or a connector
• Knowledge of the Home Care Industry or healthcare in general
• Experience in marketing is helpful.
• Caregiving experience is helpful.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
