Facilities Care Job Description

Location: Fort Thomas, KY, 41075

We are seeking a Facilities Care professional to join our team. The Facilities Care position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in facilities maintenance and be able to work independently.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain facilities, including restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
  • Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning and maintenance supplies
  • Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations
  • Communicate with management regarding any issues or concerns


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in facilities maintenance or related field
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
