What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Call Specialist - MA position at Carevide?
Answer incoming calls for appt scheduling and clinical questions including lab results and questions
for providers. Monitor and keep up with voice mail inbox, abandoned call logs, imaging logs and
electronic fax folder, occasionally work on floor if coverage needed, occasionally help with translation
if bilingual.
- M-F 8-5 with possibility of alternate hours in the future
- Great customer service, multitasking ability, excel knowledge, nextgen EMR a plus, ability to enter notes in chart with appropriate detail and grammar.
REQUIRMENTS:
*MUST HAVE GRADUATED FROM AN ACCREDITED MEDICAL ASSISTANT PROGRAM
* MUST HAVE A CURRENT CPR CERTIFICATION
* MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK
