Teacher

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our team. As a Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for students. You will play a vital role in shaping the minds of young learners and helping them develop essential skills for their future.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans
- Provide instruction in various subjects such as preschool, special education, physical education, and more
- Create engaging and interactive learning experiences
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the educational program
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to ensure a productive learning environment
- Implement behavior management strategies when necessary
- Incorporate principles of childhood development into teaching practices
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Previous experience working with children in a classroom setting
- Knowledge of child development theories and best practices in education
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom and engage students in learning
- Patience, empathy, and understanding of individual student needs
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues and work as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10.45 - $10.55 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
