Maintaining a safe and clean work environment.* Working with new and existing employees* Managing supplies* Organizing company events* Organizing community activities* Some accounting functions needed* Other duties as assignedRequired Qualifications : * Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship* Cargill requires employees be a minimum of 18 years old to work in a production facility* At least 1 years of administrative experience* Ability to understand and communicate in English(verbal / written)* Ability to use a computer and including proficiency in Microsoft Office* Working knowledge of Microsoft office software, with an emphasis on Excel and Word* Ability to work overtime including holidays, nights, weekends, or different shifts with advance notice* Preferred Qualifications : * High School Diploma / GED equivalent* Knowledge of the feed business and its logistical systems* Knowledge in SAP or CMMS computer systemsConsidered candidates will receive a phone call from a (952) area code.
