Compensation: $18.30 - $18.65/ hr
Sign On Bonus: :$1,000 - $2,500

- Production: health benefits commence on the 1st of the month after 90 days of employment
Principal Accountabilities:
- Operating specific machines (final grinder, coarse grinder, frozen grinder, pallet jack operator, or box machine attendant)
- Operate a pallet jack
- Complete production paperwork
- Perform LOTO (lock out tag out)
- Communicate with supervisor, leads and stakeholders
- Follow all safety and food safety policies
- Wear necessary Personal Protective Equipment
Required Qualifications:
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be able to work weekends
- Able to lift up to 60 lbs
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a production environment
- Experience in a meat processing or production environment
- Experience operating a machine
- Ability to read/write English
- Basic math skills
