Shift: 12 Hour Rotating
Compensation: $22.50 - $36.50/hr
Bonus: $2,000

Principal Accountabilities
- Through supervisor requests, conduct hands on training of machine operators within the Ground Beef Department
- Respond to and following up on reactive Maintenance calls in the plant
- Conduct preventative maintenance (PM) and follow up repairs from PM’s within the facility
- Conduct daily line assignments by receiving a PM and walking assigned lines within department assigned
- All other duties as assigned including maintenance assistance as needed in the entire facility
Required Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Must be 18 years or older
- At least one year of experience troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues on industrial equipment
- At least one year of experience using hand tools such as drill press, hand drill, wrenches, threading machines, etc.
- Ability to work 5pm - 5am rotating shift
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in Industrial Electricity I, II, and III
- Certification in Motor Controls
- Experience troubleshooting with PLC’s
- Working knowledge of fluid power, hydraulics, and pneumatics
- Previous experience with Precision Maintenance
- Bi Lingual in English/Spanish
- One year of experience TIG Welding
- Building Trades (Drywall repair, spackling, Plumbing
- Ammonia refrigeration experience
- Ammonia certifications
- At least two years of experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
