Shift: 1st (6:00am – 2:30pm)
Compensation: $16.80/hr

Preprice Rotation is a vital role in the daily operations of our facility. Job duties within this position are responsible for being able to complete a full rotation on the line including: pulling pallets with a jack, feeding the line with product, packing, operation of the tape machine and stack off of boxes. Stack and scan boxes accurately and efficiently. Handle these and all other assignments while maintaining food safety within a safe work environment. While performing the duties of Preprice Rotation, the employee is regularly exposed to a fast paced cold environment (<32ºF to -35ºF) with slippery surfaces at times; moving mechanical parts. Position requires standing throughout the shift and the use of PPE is required in all areas of the facility.
Principal Accountabilities
- Pulling in pallets, feeding the line, packing, tape machine and stack off
- Be able to stack and scan boxes
- Be able to perform basic math
- Be trained on pieces of equipment, including but not limited to PIT (Walkie Rider)
- Trained on SSOP and maintain warehouse cleanliness (Picking up sticks, straps, fixing broken pallets before putting into storage.
Required Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Must be 18 years or older
- Detail Oriented
- Must be willing to work overtime as needed
- Must be able to work in a cold and fast paced environment and be able to lift product and boxes
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous warehousing experience
- Previous Cargill experience
- Work history in the past 12 month
