Principal Accountabilities
- Perform positioning of materials and parts for production per product specifications and production schedule
- Operate simple equipment such as a scales and labelers and may use a knife or other hand tools for general use with regular guidance
- Convey materials and items within production and warehouse areas by hand, hand truck or electric hand truck
- Regularly lift and stack materials, products, tools or equipment
- Hand pack product into materials
- Understand and adhere to all safety rules and regulations
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Must be 18 years or older
- Able to lift 50 lbs
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous Hatchery experience
- Experience working with personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Work history in the last 12 months
