Compensation: $19.90/hr - $20.90/hr

Position Purpose
The primary accountability for this position will be to monitor production processes, facility operations, conduct required auditing and testing for food safety and quality programs. Attention to detail, the ability to communicate and uphold high standards of company policies and procedures as well as governmental regulations. Monitor SOPs, SSOP and HACCP programs. Also, perform special projects as requested by supervisor.

Required Qualifications
Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship- Must be 18 years or older
- Work in a cold to warm environment
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
- Ability to read and understand/interpret manuals, procedures and policies
- Ability to write and document information on forms
- Ability to audit documentation to determine compliance with determined criteria
- Ability to audit processes to determine compliance with determined criteria
- Ability to inspect facilities to determine compliance with determined criteria
- Ability to perform electronic data entry into various computer platforms
Preferred Qualifications
Previous production or Food Safety, Quality and Regulatory experience
