Principal Accountabilities
- Walking and standing
- Communicating with cattle truck drivers, USDA inspectors, and harvest floor management
- Creating documentation both written and digitally
- Ensuring general safety, food and animal safety
- Cleanliness and housekeeping
- Maintaining a safe working environment
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Able to read, write, and speak English
