Principal Accountabilities
- 50% Completed monitoring / verifying knowledge of one or more TS monitoring Area(s)
- 25% SOP training sign off for general TS training and for all monitoring checks in one or more area(s)
- 15% Competency training – acceptable direct observation per SOP training Sign off
- 10% Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
Ability to speak, read, and write in English
Must have Microsoft Excel Skills.
Able to lift, pull, and push 40 pounds.
Have the flexibility and availability for shift coverage based on business needs
Internal Employees: Good attendance/safety record requirements are as follows: 4 points or less on attendance and no written warnings in safety
Preferred Qualifications
- Past food safety/quality experience in the processing industry.
- Leadership experience in a processing facility environment
