Job Posting for Barista at Cargo Coffee
Our company is seeking an experienced and friendly Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate for this role is comfortable interacting with customers and has a strong grasp on the basics of the coffee-making process. In addition to making delicious espresso beverages, a Barista will be responsible for cleaning stations, interacting with customers, keeping up with stock and completing any other relevant tasks.
Main duties and tasks:
-Serve customers quickly and efficiently; including the preparation of food/beverages and taking payment
-Prep work
-Daily and weekly cleaning tasks
-Stocking
-Opening and closing of the store
-Being able to lift 25lbs
Roles and responsibilities:
-Maintain high levels of customer service
-Follow all company policies and procedures
-Uphold company brand values and mission
Working conditions: Baristas are required to work in potentially fast paced working environment and required at times to work alone and as part of a team. Employees must show a level of self-motivation and organization of self to ensure task completion.
Looking for people who can work part-time weekdays and weekends (12-5:30pm) at our store location 1309 S Park St.
We offer health care benefits, dental, and vision.
Starting wage is $12/ hour with tips ranging from $20-$60 per shift
