The Job

CargoBarn's Inside Sales Representatives work to develop a book of business in a fast-paced industry. As an Inside Sales Trainee, you will be responsible for acquiring new business, building relationships and assessing how a partnership with CargoBarn meets a customer's needs. As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll help lead the company to find innovative logistics solutions while focusing on friendships and partnerships, not just business transactions.


What Does an Inside Sales Representative Do?

Inside Sales Representatives will work to convert prospects to customers by means of cold calling and emailing. You'll work to manage and maintain a profitable relationship with your accounts, by providing both short-term and long-term solutions for their supply chain needs. Inside Sales Representatives will price and track customer shipments, while providing problem resolution to the satisfaction of your customer and CargoBarn Inc.
