Summary
The primary function of this position is to monitor and record all transactions involving incoming shipments. This includes coordinating with the shipping department and working with the SAP and WMi System.

Responsibilities
Allocate and release fabric; receive all goods in SAP/WMi
Create and maintain Production Schedule, Spread Loss Report and Recut Report
Receive incoming indirect purchases
Process UPS shipments
Work with Accounts payable and PR/PO Clerk to handle discrepancies
Collaborate with Irvine Admin and CMT Contractors regarding truck schedules and production schedules to ensure all work is received and completed
Answer and direct incoming telephone calls
Maintain accurate record keeping and report generation
Coordinate and complete cycle counts of fabric inventory
Cross-train in all aspects of duties and responsibilities in receiving office to assist and serve as a backup
Assist in establishing and maintaining safety, housekeeping and preventative guidelines in assigned areas
Report problems in work area to appropriate personnel in a timely manner
Education
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Required Skills and Experience
Intermediate computer skills. Microsoft Excel and Word preferred.
SAP/WMi experience preferred
Accuracy in mathematics, calculator and other related clerical processes
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to perform a variety of tasks at one time
