McGrath Dubuque Harley-Davidson is looking for a Service Advisor to join our team!
Our Service Department is looking for an energetic person who enjoys working with people in a fast-paced and goal-driven environment while helping customers with their Harley-Davidson and accessory needs!
We work with the top motorcycle brand; Harley-Davidson, so it shouldn't be a surprise that we are here to have fun and to help people join in on the excitement that we have for the product.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in smooth operations of the Service Department
- Ensure the Service Department consistently provides outstanding service to our customers and quickly addresses issues and concerns
- Schedule maintenance appointments
- Promote the Service Department through various social media outlets whether that be via video or image
- Assist in maintaining a clean and presentable service drive
- Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Driven and self-motivated
- Ability to effectively manage technicians
- Well organized and computer literate
- Passion to succeed
- Strong communicator
- Motorcycle license required or ability to obtain one.
