About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to members of our company leadership. As a part of the Leadership Support Team (LST), you will support several senior company executives and report to the Chief of Staff. The Executive Assistant will:
- Manage internal and external meeting requests and calendars with diplomacy and discretion, while helping execute on follow-ups and making sure we are moving the ball down the field.
- Understand the business priorities and identify process improvements to create efficiency and scale for leaders and their teams.
- Organize, execute, and assist with team recognition, social activities and offsites.
- Coordinate and manage meetings ensuring a clear agenda and driving follow-up of action items.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and manage the financial reconciliation process for those you support.
- Collaborate with other LST members to build a strong professional learning community that works in lockstep to support the company.
This role can be based out of Caribou offices in Washington, DC; Denver, CO; Austin, TX. Alternatively, the Executive Assistant may work remotely from a state where Caribou does business. However, this role will require attendance at occasional in-person team meetings. As a result, candidates must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 to be eligible for this position.
