How You’ll Help Transform Healthcare:
Work with a combination of epic and non-Epic tools, content, data sources, processes and distribution methods to provide actionable information.
Prepare reports and dashboards for internal and external clients to assist with making business decisions.
Use best practices for appropriate tools, products, and client access.
Utilize necessary tools to prepare reports and databases to create products of minor complexity or moderate complexity with supervision.
Ensure completeness, correctness and consistency of data and data structure.
Ensure secure and high integrity data integration.
Responsible for coordinating validation and ensuring that solutions are appropriately tested and meet end user workflow.
Work closely with directors, managers, end-users, statistical programmers and other technical staff to provide data acquisition, analysis, reporting, consulting, and training.
Participate in all phases of software lifecycle development, particularly in the reporting analysis, development, testing documentation and implementation.
Adhere to Change Management policies and processes to include timely reporting of all pertinent change information, effective discussion of the changes, internal and external communications, contingency planning, support of the change event and post-change reporting.
May work with clients to identify technical requirements.
Build tailored visualizations and dashboards, along with defining the required supporting data architecture (e.g., data marts).
Collaborate with both business and IT partners to identify key use cases and define associated requirements.
Provide thought leadership, best practices, and standards required to deliver effective and sustainable visualization and analytic solutions to clients.
Assist and mentor data visualization developers in requirement gathering and delivery.
Design and develop compelling data visualizations via a variety of techniques including data storytelling, design thinking principles, and user-centric design.

What We Require:
Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or related field plus 1 year of experience in job offered or any related occupation -OR- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or related field plus 5 years of experience in job offered or any related occupation.
