Responsibilities :
Account & Leads Coordinator has the following responsibilities and duties :
Achieve a quota of 4 appointments daily or 20 weekly, scheduled through booking software.
Contact existing accounts lacking key training and schedule training appointments.
Target accounts without activity in the past 90 days to encourage product purchases.
Introduce new products, policies, and distribute new graphics / sales materials.
Manage Mailchimp activities including sending out a monthly newsletter introducing initiatives, new products, new activations, upcoming trade shows, and training elements.
Requirements :
Account & Leads Coordinator should have the following skills, education, and experience :
1 yr Lead Generator or Account Management
Comfortable working with different technology platforms (Microsoft Office, Mailchimp, etc)
Goal oriented and ability to stay focused on task
Always positive and able to sell the brand, regardless of situation
Work professionally with both outside sales reps and internal office team
Organized and able to coordinate many things at once including scheduling calls across time zones, for different people, different clients, etc.
