About the Role:
Carimus is looking for a Sales Development Representative to represent Carimus and our services to prospects and clients. The SDR will responsible for responding to inbound sales leads, qualifying leads, helping to facilitate the sales process, and helping with marketing campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and build your business development skills and work with a growing, fast-paced team.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify new sales opportunities through inbound leads and marketing campaigns
- Create relationships with prospects to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales.
- Moving solid leads through the marketing funnel, connecting them to the correct salesperson, and arranging meetings, emails, or phone calls.
- Performing regular follow-up calls or emails and facilitating communication with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify new potential needs.
- Capture accurate and complete information in the Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) by maintaining the database of prospects and prospect activity
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Interest in sales development or lead generation
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to understand technology and communicate it to prospects
- Quick learner and self-starter with an entrepreneurial work ethic
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy
- Interested in working at an agency and/or a high-growth technology company
