Financial Analyst
(Hybrid- Charlotte, NC)
We are seeking a Financial Analyst to support partner reporting, revenue recognition & treasury on our expanding Charlotte team. Reporting to the Director of FP&A and Treasury, you will be responsible for identifying various trends and creating actionable reporting.

As a Financial Analyst you will:
- Provide value add customer and partner analytics
- Present insights and findings to senior leadership on a weekly basis, key stakeholders monthly, and investors quarterly to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Assist in the modeling of cash flow, accounting, FP&A and M&A
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop business cases for major initiatives and programs
- Evaluate and implement process improvement initiatives
- Conduct ad hoc analysis to investigate revenue discrepancies, resolve partner issues, and address other business-critical concerns as needed.
- Work with finance leadership on various operational, revenue, billing, and accounting initiatives
Qualifications:
- 1 years of proven working experience in a fast-paced finance environment
- Bachelor's degree in a related business field (Finance, Accounting, Economics-or any quantitative degree)
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to understand how KPI's drive business performance
- Strong grasp of the entire Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs Suite particularly Excel
- High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and communication skills
- Perpetual Learner-demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth by staying current with industry trends, tools, and best practices
- Bonus Points: NetSuite Experience, Integration Experience, Cash Flow Experience, SQL, Looker, 3-Statement Modeling
