Responsibilities and duties under the supervision of a BCBA include but are not limited to:

  • Assessment, development and progress evaluation of client treatment plans
  • Adherence to funder standards as well as the QABA policies and the QABA Code of Ethics
  • Use of the ABLLS, VBMAPP, and AFLS assessments
  • Conduct Parent Trainings
  • Collaborate with other service Providers
  • Implement goals with client

Qualifications and skills:

  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited College or University in a related field
  • Current active status as a Qualified Autism Services Practitioner-Supervisor
  • At least one year supervisory experience with clients with Autism, 2 years preferred
  • 8-hour Supervisor Training continuing education
  • Exemplary Verbal and Written communication Skills
  • Ability to work independently and implement feedback immediately
  • Professionalism
  • Analytic Skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour
