What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN Nursing Supervisor position at Caring Senior Service?
Caring Senior Service (CSS) is a non-medical home care company that services Mercer County and outlying counties. We are in need of a Nursing Supervisor who will report to our Director of Nursing. The Nursing Supervisor is a NJ Registered Nurse who develops the Individual Service Plan of elderly and disabled clients. The Nursing Supervisor ensures continuity of care by supervising all personal care services. The supervision includes, communicating, training, and evaluating all Certified Home Health Aides to enable the execution of the Individual Service Plan as required. The Nursing Supervisor communicates information and interacts with a variety of individuals; including CSS office staff to organize, schedule, and direct the client’s care in the context of the client’s physical and psychological circumstances.
