The Office Administrator is responsible for administrative and financial activities of the dealership. Office Clerks are responsible for the accounting, bookkeeping and general office procedures.
What You Will Do Here:
Prepare monthly financial statements
Maintains CSI at or above company standards
Assists with preparation of payroll and payroll records
Prepares daily cash sheets
Answers phones and directs calls
Assists in preparation of annual budget
Ensures that annual external audit requirements are met
Maintains effective employee relations
Position Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year experience in an Automotive Dealership Office
In-depth knowledge some sort of DMS
In-depth experience in all areas of retail automotive accounting (including assistance to GM and Office Manager in strategic planning, balance sheet management and all payroll and dealership HR functions)
Experience working with management team on financial analysis and expense control
