Job Posting for County Director for Local Non-Profit Organization at CARL PERKINS CENTER FOR THE PREVENTION OF CHILD ABUSE
The Exchange Club-Carl Perkins Center for the Prevention of Child Abuse seeks a County Director for our Weakley County office. The applicant must have a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field. Two years of supervisory experience and fundraising experience are required. Non-profit organization work experience preferred.
Applicant must be organized, personable, and possess the ability to juggle many responsibilities at one time.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
-Managing relationships with stakeholders, donors, and community partners, to enhance the organization's impact, reach, and support for the organization's mission.
-Engaging in fundraising activities to secure resources for the organization's sustainability and growth.
- Utilizing organizational skills to streamline operations and improve efficiency within the organization.
- Supervising and managing a team of staff members to ensure efficient operations and delivery of services.
- Utilizing administrative experience to streamline processes and ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
