What are the responsibilities and job description for the Product Manager Retina Robotic Instruments & Accessories (f/m/x) position at Carl Zeiss Vision?
Your Role:
* Shape how ophthalmic surgeons treat patients with potentially disruptive technology
* Assume end-to-end responsibility for the success of your products throughout the entire product lifecycle
* From ideation, to development and market launch and ending with the product's sunset
* Deepen your understanding of the vitreoretinal surgery market (e.g., through sales and customer visits, analysis of market & technology trends, regular market surveys, etc.)
* Take the lead in the definition of product requirements
* Stay close to our customers and sales organization to ensure successful commercialization and the realization of our growth ambition.
* Act as key sparring partner for stakeholders in the entire organization: from R&D teams all the way to our after-sales team.

Your profil:

* You have a degree in a MINT subject, Business or related fields and at least 3 years of work experiences in product management, sales, strategic marketing, or similar within the MedTech industry - ideally within ophthalmology
* You already possess a deep understanding of surgical ophtalmology or are able to build up this expertise quickly.
* You are business fluent in English and willing to travel internationally
