Forklift Operator
We are looking for a Forklift Operator at our Puyallup, WA facility. This individual will support departments with movement of materials and products as well as warehouse organizing and finished good inspection.
Pay
$18.07/hour plus $1/hour shift differential for working nights
$1,500 sign on bonus paid incrementally
Shifts Available
6am - 2:30pm Monday through Friday or
10pm - 6:30am Sunday night through Thursday
Job Responsibilities
- Perform daily forklift inspections
- Safely operate a forklift to move raw materials or finished products
- Maintain minimum productivity levels
- Record preventative maintenance activities
- Work as a team
- Support the recycling area
Job Requirements:
- Prior experience operating propane ran, sit-down forklift (1-2 years)
- Able to operate a floor sweeper
- Carry a professional attitude with co-workers
- Able to use measuring gauges such as tape measures
- Understanding of basic math, reading, and writing skills
- Ability to complete assigned tasks under stressful situations
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
