Insulation Installer

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Insulator to join our team. As an Insulator, you will be responsible for installing insulation materials to ensure energy efficiency and temperature control in various construction projects. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut insulation materials to fit specific areas
- Install insulation in walls, ceilings, floors, and other areas as needed
- Apply insulation materials using various techniques such as stapling, taping, or gluing
- Seal gaps and cracks to prevent air leakage
- Follow blueprints and specifications to determine insulation requirements
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure proper installation
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Skills:
- Proficient in insulation techniques and materials
- Knowledge of construction estimating and blueprint reading
- Experience with fabricating and installing insulation in various settings
- Familiarity with metal stud framing, plaster, HVAC systems, trim carpentry, and airless paint spraying is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project requirements
