Internal Service Advisor

We are excited to have an opportunity for a Internal Service Advisor at our location in Huntsville, AL. The Processing Center is our hub for diagnostics, inspections, and repairs and supports our Retail Centers by keeping them stocked with front-line ready inventory.

Responsibilities:

· Manage shop production schedule and team to meet pace and budget

· Build work orders in our Shop Management System including billable technician hours and parts orders

· Work with vendors and suppliers to source parts and work efficiently

· Consult with guests regarding vehicle repair needs based on repair diagnosis

· Invoice and record completed work orders in the shop management system

· Work with technicians to efficiently plan repairs

· Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reporting

· Manage third party vendors to complete outside repair orders

· Maintain communication with the team during the reconditioning process

Qualifications:

· Proven automotive service or parts or experience is preferred

· A task-focused individual that is open to testing new processes

· Experience working in a customer or client-facing role

· Proven experience in developing and managing third party vendor relationships

· Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

· Degree or equivalent work experience

· The ability to lift up to 10 pounds

· Driving, background and drug screens required
