No experience necessary, we will teach you the skills to be successful at Carl’s Jr. You bring a great attitude, be open minded to learning new skills, customer service and your people skills.

Your day to day looks like this

1. Process order at the cash register

2. Prepare food for guest orders

3. Clean, cut and prepare food for cooking

4. Keep the kitchen spotless and utensils clean

5. Assist in keeping all part of the restaurant looking fantastic for our guests

• Have a food handler’s permit or obtain one within 30 days of starting.
• Possess basic math skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
