Business, Application, and Infrastructure teams to leverage industry best practices, emerging trends, security compliance standards, and agile development methodologies to deliver best in class service to our IT partners and CarMax customers. Working collaboratively and creatively as part of the engineering support team, you will help drive self-service and automation of manual processes. Creative, curious, and highly analytical, you never stop learning and thrive on constant change.

Essential responsibilities of this position are as follows:
- Assess issues and provide solutions for problems that cannot be handled by Tier 1
- Create and maintain documentation and knowledge base articles
- Research problems and partner with outside teams for resolution
- Assist with the administration of computer security policies and vulnerability
- Assist with the implementation of tactical projects and software releases using
