We are currently seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to join our growing team of rewards innovators. In this role you will consult with business and HR leaders to help guide pay decisions in a fast paced, diverse company. This position will lead and/or provide oversight to all types of compensation processes and projects, to include Merit, Annual Bonus, and Stock Administration, short-term incentive administration, and organizational structure changes. What you will do - Essential Responsibilities
Analyze market data and internal data to make recommendations on pay strategy with business and HR leaders. Use data and metrics to determine program success and to drive improvements in all elements of compensation. Provide data-driven insights to business leaders on how pay works and how to maximize its effectiveness in their organizations. Lead core processes like annual merit, bonus, and stock award administration and short-term incentive administration. Partner with key stakeholders to drive completion of compensation projects. Partner with HRIS and other technology teams to support thoughtful configuration and execution of compensation programs. Provide day to day technical direction to more junior Compensation Associates. Ensure compliance of all compensation programs with federal, state, and local regulations. Complete other related duties, analysis and projects as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Proven communication skills to advise and counsel effectively (written and verbal) with all levels of Associates
- Project management skills to manage multi-department projects or processes.
- Demonstrated analysis background required to collect, interpret, and analyze large data sets
- Ability to evaluate complex problems through root cause analysis and construct long-term solutions.
- Ability to establish schedules or timelines to achieve company expectations.
- Team player who can teach/coach others on how to complete tasks and processes.
Education and/or Experience :
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience with a preference for business, economics, or other quantitative majors
- At least three years of work experience in a corporate setting, with experience in Compensation
- Intermediate MS Excel or similar spreadsheet software skills
- Intermediate MS PowerPoint skills
- Prior experience working in Workday or similar HRIS system
- Prior experience in some form of internal or external consulting (preferred)
- Prior experience managing multi-department projects or processes (preferred)
- CCP certification (preferred)
