POSITION SUMMARY |
The Bilingual Admissions Coordinator is a full-time position whose prime responsibilities are to ensure students fill classrooms. They are responsible for all aspects of student enrollment from initial outreach through completion of student enrollment. Working under the supervision of the Director of Admissions and closely with school site leadership and other Admissions Coordinators in the Carmen network, the Admissions Coordinator develops and executes strategies to reach enrollment goals. The Admissions Coordinators is the first point of contact for the admissions process and works with families through the application and enrollment process. Having established a relationship with each new student, the Admissions Coordinator also acts as a liaison between the student, the student’s family, and school staff to work through any challenges a student may experience once attending the school. The individual will also establish and maintain relationships with schools and community partners to support student enrollment.
Salary Range: $45,000 - $65,000

The position will work predominantly Monday – Friday; however, this position will require work on evenings and weekends as necessary.
