Our office is expanding and we are searching for the right individual to join our outstanding customer service team. Our Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our internal personal and commercial lines team, current clients and prospects. Must be computer savvy and have proven office experience.

Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to our internal and external customers in person and over the phone.
Update Epic Applied agency management system
Make cancelation reminder calls & process payments.
Process customer policy change requests.
Issues insurance policies to customers.
Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
Handle all incoming claim calls from customers.
Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
Requirements
Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written
Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
Prior office experience and knowledge of computer systems.
