Research Assistant will work with research projects in physics-based simulation under the guidance of the hosting faculty. The project includes literature reviews, implementation of state-of-the-art methods, conducting validation experiments, proposing novel techniques to advance the state-of-the-art, and solving critical challenges. Furthermore, the candidate will author a research paper, submit it to top-tier venues, and present the paper at the conference. Core Responsibilities: Follows research plans in order to collect, record, and manipulate research data. Maintains accurate and detailed research records and files. May test software prototypes. May interact with research subjects in order to perform job functions. Performs basic data analysis in order to product reports. Documents results and processes. Research, analysis, and data collection experience. A combination of education and relevant experience from which comparable knowledge is demonstrated may be considered.
