Customer service clerk

Job Description

Responsible for servicing all incoming Revenue Accounting inquiries related to Refunds, Credit Cards, Cash Applications & Collections, and for the processing of reservation and Sail & Sign refunds including travel agency commission payments.

Essential Functions :

• Service incoming calls
• Daily refund processing of reservation and Sail & Sign refunds.
• Refund statements (202, 203 & 207) review and processing. Refund Inbox inquiries.

Qualifications :

• Associate's Degree
• 2 years of Customer Service experience

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

• Microsoft Word, Excel
• Analytical & Auditing skills, Verbal & written communication skills

Physical Demands : Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and / or computer for extended periods of time.

Travel : No travel.

Work Conditions : Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety / health hazard potential. May be requested to work a different shift.

The range for this role's base salary is $17.00 - $18.00 per hour. Offers to selected candidates will be made on a fair and equitable basis, taking into account specific job-related skills and experience.
