Job Posting: Behavior Technician (RBT)

Position Overview:

Carolina ABA is actively seeking a dedicated and empathetic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our esteemed team. As an RBT, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional behavioral intervention services to individuals with developmental disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implementing individualized treatment plans crafted by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

- Collecting and analyzing client data to evaluate progress and treatment efficacy.

- Delivering direct 1:1 therapy to clients in diverse settings including homes, schools, and communities.

- Upholding the ethical standards outlined in the BACB RBT Code of Ethics.

Qualifications:

- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) within the first 90 days of employment.

- Preferred experience working with developmental disorders.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Proficiency in working independently and collaboratively within a team.

- Demonstrated passion for positively impacting the lives of others.

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
