What are the responsibilities and job description for the RBT position at Carolina Behavioral Innovations LLC?
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
- Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment goals
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective communication and coordination of services
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and implement behavior plans effectively
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Patience, empathy, and compassion when working with individuals with ASD
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Note: Prior experience as a Behavior Technician or working with individuals with ASD is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided.
