What are the responsibilities and job description for the Forklift Operator: Warehouse / Monday - Friday position at Carolina Beverage?
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Position Summary:
Unloading and loading trucks in a safe and timely matter, consolidating & storing product according to FIFO methods; documenting and verifying lot codes during processes and rework damaged product.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Drive a forklift safely and efficiently
- Pay attention to lot codes, item numbers, and descriptions
- Accurate stock rotation
- Documentation of damage and any discrepancies on Bills of lading and transfer sheets
- Counting of product
- Rework of damaged product and cleanliness of Equipment and Warehouse floor
- Quality Assurance of all products
Certificates and Licenses:
Forklift certification is required
