Carolina Family Estate Planning is seeking an experienced paralegal who is passionate about helping families navigate a difficult life transition - the loss of a loved one. If you are a paralegal with at least two years of probate experience in North Carolina with thorough knowledge of estate administration process, you might be the person we are looking for to join our dynamic team.

As an Estate and Trust Administration Paralegal, you will be responsible for handling client and court communication, document preparation, and case management from start to finish with oversight from the attorneys. Helping someone through the loss of a loved one requires compassion and understanding. It also requires attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset. As an Estate and Trust Administration Paralegal, you will be playing a pivotal role in something that makes a tremendous difference in people's lives by relieving them of the stress and worry of the administrative side of losing someone.

This is a full-time, hybrid position after the introductory period ends. Our office hours are 8:30am-5:00pm.
